- Organizing Company
PRODUCT HACKERS, S.L., with registered address at 33 Rascafría Street, 28670 – Villaviciosa de Odón (Madrid), Spain, Tax ID Number B-87635850, and the owner of the brand Product Hackers (hereinafter “Product Hackers”), is organizing a free giveaway without any purchase obligation (hereinafter “the GIVEAWAY”) on the dates specified below, in accordance with the terms described in these Terms and Conditions.
- Basis and Participation
PRODUCT HACKERS, S.L. (hereinafter, the “ORGANIZER”) is offering a promotion that will begin once the study results are published, expected before the end of the year 2021 (hereinafter, the “GIVEAWAY”).
Participation in this promotion is free and will be carried out through the GIVEAWAY, which will be drawn from all participants.
Those who choose to participate voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions of the GIVEAWAY and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in disqualification.
- Description and Legal Provisions
This promotion consists of a giveaway of 1 iPad 32 GB valued at 379 euros and 3 subscriptions to Product Hackers Go!, valued at 269 euros each. It will commence once the study results are published, expected before the end of 2021.
All individuals of legal age are eligible to participate in the GIVEAWAY. Participation in the GIVEAWAY is subject to compliance with the requirements established in the following TERMS:
FIRST. Promotion Period and Drawing Date
The period during which participants can enter the promotion will be open as long as the survey is available.
To be eligible to win the prize, participants must meet all of the following conditions: (i) be of legal age and (ii) complete the survey while providing their email address. The winners of the prizes will be individuals who have met the aforementioned conditions.
SECOND. Participation Conditions
All individuals of legal age may participate in the drawing, provided they meet the requirements set out in Clause Four of these terms.
PRODUCT HACKERS S.L., as the organizing entity of this promotion, will certify, upon the completion of the promotion, whether the conditions for conducting the GIVEAWAY are met and, in that case, the fulfillment of the requirements established in these TERMS.
THIRD. Prizes
The winners of this promotion will receive 1 iPad 9th generation 64 GB valued at 429.70 euros.
These PRIZES do not cover any expenses that the awarded user may incur while enjoying the prize, which will not be the responsibility of the ORGANIZER under any circumstances.
The PRIZES will be subject to the following conditions:
- They cannot be exchanged, altered, or compensated for at the request of the participant.
- The prize recipient may decline the prize awarded, but under no circumstances will an alternative prize be offered, nor will such a waiver entitle the recipient to compensation or indemnification.
- The right to obtain the PRIZE cannot, in any case, be transferred or assigned to a third party other than the survey participant.
FOURTH. Drawing Mechanism
4.1. To participate in the drawing and be eligible for the PRIZE as mentioned in the previous clause, the following conditions are mandatory:
Be of legal age. Participate in the survey by providing an email address.
4.2. The drawing will be held among all entries that meet these requirements within the timeframe established in these terms.
Once the winning individuals are selected from this application, the ORGANIZER will verify that they meet each of the aforementioned requirements.
4.3. The winners of the drawing will be announced via email 48 hours after the GIVEAWAY has concluded.
4.4. Once the winners are announced, there will be a 7-day period during which the winners must contact the ORGANIZER via the email address marketing@producthackers.com. The awarded individuals must verify their identity and legal age with an official document to support their claim.
If, after 7 days from the announcement of the winners, the awarded individuals do not contact the ORGANIZER using the established methods, or if they do not meet the requirements of these terms, the GIVEAWAY will be declared void.
4.5. These terms can be accessed on the website www.producthackers.com. The images, trademarks, or logos corresponding to the PRIZE are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for illustrative purposes only.
4.6. Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of all clauses contained in these Terms and explicit submission to the interpretative decisions made by PRODUCT HACKERS, S.L. as the Organizer, to resolve any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these terms.
Additionally, the ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, even to cancel them before the specified period, in case of force majeure, and commits to communicate the new terms or final cancellation. These terms are available to anyone who requests them from the ORGANIZER.
- Image Rights
By participating, users agree that their name and email may be published by the ORGANIZER in any media, without requiring further consent or additional payment where necessary.
- Waiver of Prizes
The Organizer will not be obligated to provide the PRIZE in the following cases:
If, for any reason, the winners do not accept the PRIZE. If the winners do not accept the transfer of image rights for the photos at the time of receiving the PRIZE, for their use in advertising by the company. If the winners refuse to provide their personal data so that the Organizer can manage the delivery and promotion of the PRIZE, as well as those necessary to fulfill the tax obligations specified by Ley 35/2006 de 28 de noviembre y el Real Decreto 439/2007 de 30 de marzo. These personal data include the name, last name, and national ID number.
- Claims
Any claims arising from this draw must be submitted within 7 natural days following the date of the drawing.
- Limitation of Liability
The ORGANIZER is not responsible for how the participants use the PRIZE of this promotion and GIVEAWAY and assumes no responsibility for any type of damage or harm that may be suffered by the winners.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This promotion will be governed by the current common Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation and application of these Terms, both the ORGANIZER and the participants in the promotion expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to the legal jurisdiction that may apply to the promotion participants.
